Rumors That Exist Within Us
A rumor is an ‘opinion’ that is widely spread but has no discernible source. It’s reported as truth but without a known authority attached to it. It is often reacted to ‘as if’ it is true.
It’s hearsay. We don’t want to listen to it, but we often do and it is circulated throughout the kingdom ‘as if’ it is a truth. Rumors often cause fear and rumors are hard to squash. They seem to have a life of their own. They may have had validity once, or not, but they often continue long past usefulness, causing a reaction again and again.
And so it is within our own internal systems. We have system strategies within our unconscious and subconscious matrix that cause reactions to certain stimuli. These stimuli are sensory based, associative, cumulative and often complex as well as minute. We react to fragments that trigger a holographic matrix.
At the conscious level we are only aware of our reactions but not always why we are reacting.
Stress!
We should all fall asleep as if we are cradled in gentle hands. We should all live our lives from a place of calm center. We should.
But the fact of the matter is that for many if not most of us, relaxing has become a quest. You could say that stress itself is the Struggle To Restore Emotional SenseS to our lives without it being overwhelming. We gear up so well we don’t know how to stop. We have become a fast nation-and slowing down is becoming a myth and an illusion.
Stress is a mind thing, and if there is stress in the mind, the body follows. Stress is a body thing. Stress is a brain thing too. Take care of the brain and it will take care of the body. The brain runs the software and the hardware for you. The mind is the software, and the brain is the hardware. The mind, which thinks it knows, which reasons, associates and creates stories, which quests for answers, can jump to the wrong conclusions because it only has part of the information. Keep your mind out of it. Refrain from ‘thinking’ you know what is going on. Can you? It’s a tough trick because we have been trained since early childhood to come up with answers.
Sometimes we want to have better beliefs and think nicer thoughts and if we can just think happy, life with change. Positive affirmations can help some of us, but they work on the surface of the pond, and if you have deeper levels with conflicting survival programs, then we can be left feeling that we are self-sabotaging ourselves. “I want to but I can’t seem to”, and this is reactive stress patterning.
That’s because there are three of you in every situation. There is the physical / unconscious you, the emotional / subconscious you, and the thinking / conscious you. What you ‘think’ you want, and what you ‘feel’ you want, and what you move towards or away from instinctively, can be very different. How do we bridge in and make the 3 selves into one?
We have an amazing array of overlapping cooperative systems in our body, and our brain can lock up and freeze from overload when signals cross, and even nice thoughts just don’t help. That brain overload can be from organic damage such as loss of oxygen, nutrients, accidents, allergens. The brain can overload from emotional excess too. Overwhelming emotions coming at us like a tidal wave can cause the brain to freeze and lock, and flip circuits off. This is meant to keep us from permanent damage.
What has been termed ‘permanent’ damage however, could be a blown fuse at the fusebox, but only the system itself can know that. Utilizing Energy Kinesiology, Meridian flow patterns and Acupressure, we now have a system that allows us to ask the body itself to lead us to the hidden stress that is causing the presenting issue because only those deeper parts of us know the real answer. From the surface of the pond, we can only guess at what lays beneath.
That issue could be pain at the physical and/or emotional levels, or it could be reactive stress that has a known OR an unknown source point. A survival pattern has been created in a moment of crisis as a survival strategy, and it works. The internal levels of us do not sort time, they only sort by associating frequencies so when something ‘happens’ on the surface of the pond, the deeper reactive selves say “same same” and run the survival pattern.
Reactive stress is the part of us that is acting out or otherwise demonstrating an issue to us, but there is another part, we could call the bully, that is the reactor, or the part of us that is the instigator. We may only know that when someone looks at us a certain way, or has a certain tone of voice, we have a huge reaction. But why?
If we only pay attention to the child that yells out in class, often the child that is the instigator gets away with misbehaving and we haven’t solved anything. We’re paying attention to only half the issue.
S.E.A.™ - somatic emotional acupressure, is an innovative technique that addresses repressed energy held in the subconscious and unconscious levels, and allows the brain to let it go without having to go into the wounding story.
